In order to make all the staffs understand the basic knowledge of fire protection, enhance their self protection ability, to master the skills of emergency response and escape from sudden fire, to learn how to use fire extinguishers to put out fires and emergency evacuation in an orderly manner, Huizhou Zhongxin Lighting CO., LTD had held a “Fire Drill” from 3pm. to 4:10pm. on June 27^th, 2024. The project had been successfully completed by implementing the principle of “Safety First, Prevention First, Prevention and Control combined”.

There are 44 people attended the “Fire Drill” and it had lasted for 70 minutes. During the exercise, all staffs listened to the oral lecture of the trainer Mr. Yu who is the production manager as well, The trainer teaches all the staffs how to use the fire equipment to put out fires step-by-step, at the same time, the participants personally experienced the use and operation of fire fighting equipment, and played a good effect.

During the fire drill, employees evacuate the building. They follow the designated escape routes promptly. Staff gather at the assembly point outside. The fire warden conducts a headcount to ensure everyone’s safety. Emergency services may be called to the scene if needed. Employees remain calm and follow instructions carefully. Regular fire drills help prepare for real emergencies. Practice enhances response time and safety awareness. Reviewing evacuation procedures regularly is crucial. Ensuring all staff know their roles and responsibilities. Maintaining clear communication channels is essential. Safety drills promote a culture of preparedness in the workplace.
